Program Objectives
- Over three weeks, explore the intersection of digital media and filmmaking, guided by USC’s esteemed cinematic arts faculty, to master storytelling, scriptwriting, directing, and production techniques for modern film.
- Gain hands-on experience in filmmaking essentials, from script development and storyboard creation to directing and editing, with a focus on the creative opportunities of low-budget production.
- Develop a research paper with customized guidance from professor, focusing on a film topic or director, and apply these insights to produce a detailed film analysis research report.
